By creating a parent portal account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child you register. Account access to child-specific information may be enabled only after BLU verifies the parent/child relationship as appropriate.
New accounts are created on a “pending verification” basis. Simply knowing a child's name does not grant access to that child's records. BLU takes reasonable steps to verify that a parent/guardian account is authorized before enabling access to child-specific information.
Information about your family is private and access-controlled. Parents may only view information concerning their own family. Other families cannot see your information. Messages between families and BLU are private to that conversation.
Accounts are for authorized family members only. You may not share your login credentials, attempt to access another family's information, or use the platform for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose.
BLU may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the safety or privacy of children and families.
